Welcome to the Hakomi Institute of the Pacific NW!

We are pleased to bring forward the work begun by the former Hakomi Institute of Oregon and Mindful Experiential Therapy Approaches (also known as M.E.T.A., LLC).

We will be offering Hakomi trainings and other teachings based in mindfulness and somatic-experiential attunement.

As this new organization is taking shape, it is our commitment to do the ongoing work of addressing systemic oppression and white dominance in our training curriculum, teaching style and organizational structure in order to be more accessible, nourishing and relevant to more people.
